Reconditioning quote is $430, including shipping and new batteries but 
not missing plastics.  By comparison I can get a used-but-tested one in 
better cosmetic shape than mine (i.e, all plastics present) for $390 
shipped from CDN Systems in Austin.  Tough call which is the better deal.

Haven't asked 3P about trade-ins ... didn't know they did trade-in.  I'd 
assume it'd be comparable to reconditioning cost.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with them.  Use them for all my UPS battery needs.
