The FC will be throttling the disk performance there, as you can get about
60MB/s out of a single 250GB disk. Unconstrained, you should be seeing about
400-600MB/s out of that sort of array.

(120MB/s is also suspiciously close to the maximum throughput for a 33MHz 32
bit PCI disk controller.)
