Wait until you discover that there are memory locations in the NVRAM  
which are not generally reprogrammable, but which are required to  
contain specific (undocumented) values before everything works  
correctly. It took me eight years to gather enough information so I  
could fully reprogram the NVRAM in my AV310CD.

Fortunately, not every model shares this defect.
