Indeed, it only affected UltraSPARC1 processors in Ultra 1s and Ultra
2s, and is only a problem when:
 * the CPU is <= 200MHz
 * the OS is running 64-bit mode

It's one of the reasons Solaris 10 won't run on machines equipped with
US-1 CPUs.
