Have an Archive drive but not the calipers. Using a method that would give a machinist a fit (warning: machinists turn away), involving an adjustable wrench and ruler, it looks like the roller size is 1/2". This drive is from a 4D/25, but is the same model (easer to get at than my external Sun QIC drive).
