Except the keyboard expects the full protocol to be implemented, so
you'd need most of a USB controller in the adapter.
I'm not saying it's impossible to build. I'm saying that it's an
expensive thing to build for a relatively small target audience. NTi
makes a device like that (USB-PS2-R) that they'll happily sell to you
for $130.
