[rescue] Mystery IBM rails

I have acquired a set of mystery IBM disk rails.  (They came attached to
a hard disk.)  They are blue plastic (oddly, almost Sun blue) with
yellow elastomer screw bushings and spring-steel grounding tabs, IBM
part number 33L2740 molded in, barcoded part number P23P1327 on a sticker.

Does anyone need them or know what they fit?
