It would probably be more acurate to say that Octane SI was like I2 High
Impact.  I2 Solid Impact couldn't take texture ram, while the Octane SI
can.

Also, the Octane SSI is by definition a MXI without TRAM, while High
Impact can have TRAM, but is slower than Maximum Impact.
