Ramsay is a bit too self-important for me, but I still occasionally 
watch his shows.  I own (multiple) copies of all of Bourdain's books -
the wife and I tend to re-read them and wear them out.

Also, every episode of A Cook's Tour and his new "No Reservations" show.
