[rescue] DLT 7000 loader documentation

I'm looking for documentation on the loader port on DLT 7000 drives.  
I've already found the pinout of the port, but haven't found anything 
documenting the protocol used for the drive to talk to the tape loader.

If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd be very grateful.
