[rescue] Sunsolve CDs going spare - 4.0.x

Doh! Missed some earlier ones off too!

We have quite a few Sunsolve CDs which are surplus to requirements.
half are still shrinkwrapped but all in their cardboard boxes.

Versions are as follows:

1 x 4.0.6
2 x 4.0.5
3 x 4.0.4
2 x 4.0.3
1 x 4.0.2
