I think I have a bag of that stuff around here somewhere.  All 128 MB units,
IIRC.  If the above is really the stuff, and if it will help, let me know
and I'll dig it out.

I also have a couple of surplus RAMBUS DIMMs (and associated blank DIMMs),
too.
