[rescue] Xyplex Maxserver MX-1600 help sought (now WTB 1U ts)

I would not be surprised at all, given that Xyplex's offices were right down the road from some of the DEC campus'.. 
If my memory serves, you will only be able to use 8 of the 16 ports unless teh unlock key has been entered into the setup.  If you re-flash the image, this key is lost and needs to be re-entered.
