At least on this side of the pond 200 US$ will get you an Octane with SI
or SE GFX and at least 195 / 250 MHz R10k. A 300 MHz R12k may be in
budget too. Hell, I saw 500 MHz V10 Fuels going for less then 400 EUR.
(Yes, I am tempted.)
