Something weird here... I have a Clariion connected to my e5000 on a soc+.

# cfgadm -al

sysctrl0:slot3                 soc+sbus     connected    configured   ok

# prtdiag
========================= IO Cards

 3   SBus   25           13  SUNW,socal/sf (scsi-3)        501-3060

Confirms the soc+ is up.

In the messages, I get:

Fibre channel loop online.

Ok, let's verify this

# luxadm display
Error: enclosure or pathname not specified.
Usage: luxadm [-v] subcommand [option...] {enclosure[,dev]... | pathname...}

Alright, how about:

#luxadm -e port
/devices/sbus at 6,0/SUNW,socal at d,10000:0                        NOT CONNECTED
/devices/sbus at 6,0/SUNW,socal at d,10000:1                        NOT CONNECTED

And also I look under /dev/rdsk, and the drives are not showing:

# ls /dev/rdsk
c0t2d0s0  c0t2d0s4  c0t3d0s0  c0t3d0s4  c0t4d0s0  c0t4d0s4  c0t6d0s0

Why is it not connecting? Any suggestions?

Francois
