Before you spring for a new mobo, I would suggest removing all the CPUs except the minimum needed (e420r runs in a 1-cpu config, right)?

I saw some extremely weird behavior when a nearly-working CPU was in the CPU0 slot of an E250 - notice I said "nearly-working".
