try  mouser or that ilk, a dozen memory chips shouldn't be that much.  

oh, and make sure you also get all of the support ocmponents installed
(caps and dropping resistors and such) and that you use antistatic
procedurees, and that you don't fry an internal layer of the motherboard
while soldering....

chip availability is the least of your worries.
