The E450 will accept the same CPUs as an Ultra 2, so the CPUs should work, but beware that the E450 requires VRMs for each CPU installed - hopefully the previous owner that pulled the CPUs didn't realize they could/should remove the VRMs as well.

I'm not sure if the first CPU requires a VRM, but processors 1-3 certainly do (my E450 is not handy right now)...
