I figured.  Not that I'm against Franken Macs as a rule--it's just
that the Mini suggests to me that it should be KISS in set up.

Exactly.  I mean, while I'd love to have some of that Quad-Xeon-MacPro
yummyness, I really have to ask myself--what do I do that needs that
kinda horsepower?
