   I may be showing my age, but when I started off my professional
career a GB of mainstore was a fantasy.  A GB of disk storage took
up 12x3x5 feet in five cabinets, and 256 kwords of mainstore lived
in a 3x3x6 foot rack.   It didn't matter, though about the memory;
the address bus was only 22 bits wide.

   Dang I feel old....
