Unfortuantely, that's like saying it's free on the moon. After seeing
the responses here that it's just a different kind of memory module
(thanks eveyone), I did a search of a place here which lists almost
everything on their web site (too bad it takes two weeks for it to show
up).

They have RIMMs for about four times the price of the equivalent DIMM.

In plain English, I can get from a local "chain store" a NEW 2.8gHz P4,
case, power supply, 512m DDR RAM, floppy, CD-ROM drive, and 80 gig SATA
drive for the same price as they want for 512m of RIMMs :-(

Considering it's to upgrade a 1.4mHz P4, I think I'll forget about it.
