[rescue] T4 10/100 PCI Ethernet cards

Bought these things off of ePay by mistake (thought they were TX
cards).  They work at 10MB speed but they only work at 100MB with T4
hubs (I don't even know if they ever made a T4 switch).  PCI, drivers in
Linux and Win2K/XP.  Pay shipping...otherwise they're going to the great
recycling bin in the sky.
