Is that the one that looks like a large loaf of bread? With a big "forehead"?

I've had them apart and never really been able to get the drives out,
but the motherboard is held in with two screws. There are little handles
at each end. Remove the screws and cables and pull the handles.

You can replace the battery (a 4.5v alkeline), upgrade memeory to 128m
(check the memory type, I think it has problems with EDO and may damage
them), or put PCI cards in it.
