[rescue] Upgrading an E220R to E420R...

Actually, I've checked the FEH and the power distribution parts are the 
same part.
501-5506 --DC Power Distribution Board.  I got a chance to look inside one 420R
at the office, and got those wonderful pictures, which both confirmed that 
the power
just uses a plug with more wires in it.  The 220R uses two power cables, 
one big one
that  isn't completely populated, and the other a smaller one.  On the 
420R, it uses the
same big plug with all the wires populated.   I did actually get the board 
to power up
(the on-board fan did come on) so I suspect that the power is ok.  Wiring 
wise, I
think I was ok.  Now to figure out if the board is being finicky because of 
processors
or memory or what.
