[rescue] IBM FRUs - parts interchange?

It's hard to tell, I'd probably determine that by just trying some out.  
If it's in new enough stuff to be PC100 ECC, you can probably get away 
with any old generic PC100 ECC (but I'm not going to guarantee it).

What model of machine is it that you need memory for?
