  Man the fire inspectors would write that up in a heartbeat. 
Can't have a room without an exit door that can't be openned with
some sort of key..

  The inspectors around here would require that one, or more, of the
doors be removed before they left. They could, and would, redtag the
building if management refused to remove the door.
