[rescue] Apple NuBUS ethernet card

I have an Apple nubus ethernet card, free for the cost of shipping.

It's a 10baseT Cabletron unit.  Working last time I tried it, but I
can't retest it right now.

Also have some Sun Aurora drive spuds, 2-3 spares, same deal: pay for
shipping and you can have them.
