[rescue] need serial splitter cable

IIRC, this is actually a standard cable (meaning it is not proprietary, not 
that it is common) - these are also used on DEC Multias (for instance)...

Cable retailers know of this cable and can make it/have it in stock - it is 
not obtainium, it is just slightly rare in the low-cost used market...
