Netscape3 will run fine on an ipx.  Of course when the ipx was new
it was xweather and xarchie instead of weather.com and google, though
the most popular apps were text based irc,news and email.

At that time (1992) my school had a 56k line to another university,
who had 1 T1 to the reigonal net which had a T1 to nsfnet.
