[rescue] IBM RS/6000 MCA ESCON FCO work

I recently took possession of an MCA ESCON adapter (5-3, 99F3762). 
Unfortunately some of the FCO work has come undone. Does anybody on the 
list have one of these cards they could examine for me and let me know 
where some of the FCO wires go?

Specifically:

U53 pin 12 to ...?
U33 pin 1 to ...?

this would be on the top card (the one with the i960).
