[rescue] Removing permenant marker

A good ol' rubber block eraser usually works, especially if the surface
isn't textured. Even if it is, it does a pretty good job. If the surface is
(semi-)glossy, however, you will generally lose the gloss where you are
rubbing.

I've also had good luck with citrus based cleaners, used at full strength or
only slightly diluted.
