At thirty bucks, that'll be a clone card. The clone X100Ps do not play
nicely outside the USA due to impedance mismatch with the local phone
standards, and cause horrendous near-end echo that is not improved by
having the latency of passing through Asterisk added.

They're fine if all you want is an 8kHz clock reference (required for
IAX trunking and MeetMe), and don't mind the x86's snail-like
interrupt system being told "Hi! It's now 125us since I last bothered
you!"
