[rescue] Dmg2iso

Dmg2iso did not work well for me, it will only decompress images compressed
with zlib. I tired it on 4 random images and 2 worked, one crashed the program,
and one did not work at all.

I don;t when or if Apple switched to zlib from their proprietary compression,
anyone know?
