[rescue] SSA Top and Bottom Panel

Zach:

The easy way to get the top & bottom panels off is to not bother  
trying, and make another trip down here, and grab some SSA's that  
don't have the panels on them! :) I also have the rack mounting kits  
for I believe 5 units, unless somebody else already grabbed them, I  
don't remember.
