[rescue] SSA Top and Bottom Panel

How in the world do you get the top and bottom panels off of a Sparc  
Storage Array? I've removed almost everything and pulled like crazy,  
and I still can't seem to get them off!

Also, does anyone have a front faceplate for a regular SS1000?
