[rescue] Sun's new policy sucks...

I run four CPU boards and 4 way interleaved memory in my E3500. You can't
hot-swap a CPU board because interleaved parts of the memory would go away.
If I turn the memory interleave off I should be able to hot-swap a CPU. I
haven't tried it though.
