[rescue] Sun 3/60 battery?

Hi,

I need to replace a battery in my 3/60 - which seems
to be type BR2325 (3V) Lithium made by Matsushita
Electric. I checked the local Fry's etc and this isnt
a regular battery. 

Does anyone know where you can get these - or is it
possible to use a similarly sized 3V battery?
