You should immediately (within 1 second) get a power LED and something 
on the three-digit display.

I'm looking at the install/service guide right now, I don't see anything 
that looks useful.  I'd first check that all of the power cables are 
securely connected inside the machine and try again.  If that doesn't 
work, there's fuse(s) inside the power supply you could check.

Also, check that the power cable to the machine is good; I've ended up 
with bad cables before, which had a break in them.
