Well, when I'm home, it's not hard at all.

When I'm crouched over a bin of miscellaneous SBUS cards at the computer
recycling warehouse, it's pretty dam' hard indeed.  Cellphones don't work in
that building, so I can't even call you so you can Google it for me....
