Heh. :) Tabasco is mild. I use habanero tabasco in my spaghetti
sauce, and it works pretty good in that. I have about seven or eight
different habanero pepper sauces, and when I'm cooking curry from
scratch I use whole fresh habaneros. The flavor is wonderful. :)
(Oh, and BTW, a pre-rub with Walkerswood habanero jerk rub followed by a
24-hour marinade makes for truly excellent baby back ribs.)
I like Shiraz wines, or at least

About the only beer I'll willingly drink is Guinness, and then only
rarely when I'm in the mood. Or very occasionally a good pilsner lager,
usually with lime.
Mead, now .... mead's another story. (REAL mead, now, laddie, none
o'yer Chaucers craaap.)

Oh yeah, the Irish have some good whiskeys too. I'm particularly
partial to Bushmills 1608 single-malt. But the true love of my heart is
Bruichladdich. (Based on this I've been told I should try Bunnahabhain
sometime.)
Yanno, we really should move this to geeks, shouldn't we?
(Reply-to set accordingly.)
