[rescue] IRIX 6.5.20f disks

I don't have 6.5.20, but I've got 6.5.16 and 6.5.18 disks, and neither 
of them have an installtools directory.  In fact, I've never HEARD of 
an installtools directory.  What are you expecting to find there?
