Why? Two CPUs for two network connections seems reasonable to me? ;^)

I have seen on Sun's website mention of the "one CPU per network connection" 
concept, but of course, that was for older boxes (mostly SBUS-based, I 
think) and may have been for more demanding applications than your own...
