Someone had some of the cables on eBay recently.  I remember looking
at them (along with some Myrinet switches) as something new to play
with, but since I didn't have enough systems that had available drivers
I didn't bother.  I just did a search and they aren't showing up in a
search for completed items, which means the fact that they were Myrinet
must have been in the description.
