[rescue] booting onyx - only mouse pointer shows

No, Onyx RE2 has only 1 video channel. Make sure from the tty prompt that
console is set to G (for graphics) and that all the boards are correctly
inserted and seated properly. It is a common occurence for Onyxen for
their boards to get a tad loose while being transported.
