[rescue] booting cdrom from console on ultra 1

Well, use the serial console, at the initializing memory (or just after),
send a break, at the ok prompt type boot cdrom (assuming your cdrom is
default scsi id6.
I actually use a serial console for output and the Sun keyboard for input,
that way I have access to Stop-A as well as Stop-N
