Depends on where you are, I think.  If that's a U1E its either 143Mhz or
167Mhz Ultrasparc.  They're no slouch.  They also have 100Mb ethernet
and a horizontal UPA framebuffer.  

If it has RAM, CDROM, a framebuffer, and it's in good shape, it might be
worth $50.  That's higher than I would pay for one though - $35 is about
my max. Bare (no RAM, no CDROM, no framebuffer), I'd only pay up to
about $20, but it would need to be in impeccable condition.
