[rescue] Making IRIX EFS CD updates of downloaded IRIX 6.5.XX M or F streams

I seem to recall someone posting something a while back on a site that had
information on making boot, overlays, application, etc CDs from downloaded
M or F updates from SGI....

Anyone got the link ?  Anyone ever done this ?
