I run an Indy 150 MHz R5k with IRIX 6.5.18 at the Unix-AG and it is OK. 
You should think about more RAM, if you plan to use Mozilla. At the 
moment I am sitting in front of an Indogo2 Extreme, R4k4 150 MHz with 
128 MB RAM and IRIX 6.5.19. It needs about 20 MB swap when Mozilla and 
Balsa (GNOME MUA) are running...
