Normally RAID doesn't work on the partition level but on the drive 
level.

That said, you could RAID 5 on three of the drives (minimum) and RAID 1 
on two drives (min & max... your only option).  I think Disk Suite lets 
you do mirroring and such at the partition level but I go out of my way 
not to use it (so terribly slow and a pain in the ass to maintain 
compared to even a marginal hardware RAID)
