Nope, Challenge XL and Onyx were in terminator chassis.  Predator chassis were the chassis for the old rackmount power-series machines.  While the front doors are the same between the two chassis, the terminator chassis is deeper to accomodate two (actually three) cardcages and a mid-plane.  The Predator chassis only had one cardcage and a backplane.  If you see them from the front, they look identical.  There are other small differences as well.  Predator chassis has side-doors, while terminator has six plastic "side-panels" that snap on.  Terminator was black, perdator was brown, etc.....
